Digital Flanders: nominated

Collections of Ghent was nominated for the award 'Best application of an API of the year'. Unfortunately we did not win the award, however we came in second and impressed the jury.

Since we still have loads of plans and work to do, we will be competing again for the main prize next year.

We nevertheless got the chance to present our project to other Flemish cities and project manager Olivier also participated as an expert in a panel about the Flemish dataspace.

We hope to be back next year to give a preview of what a museum experience might look like in the future.
